Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at pattonspals@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Patton’s Pals is a veteran-led, faith-based nonprofit being developed to support veterans facing addiction, homelessness, and difficult transitions after military service. Our goal is to create a structured pathway that combines recovery, accountability, peer support, housing, and long-term reintegration. We are currently building the partnerships and resources needed to bring that vision to life.

Patton’s Pals is developing a 90-day+ recovery and reintegration program for veterans who need continued structure after treatment or crisis stabilization. The planned model will begin with structured sober living and continue beyond 90 days based on each veteran’s needs and progress. The goal will be long-term recovery and independence, not simply completing a set number of days.

After the initial 90-day phase, Patton’s Pals plans to work with the VA and other community partners to help veterans continue moving forward. Support may include healthcare coordination, benefits assistance, employment resources, continued recovery services, and transitional housing. Veterans who need more time and structure will have the opportunity to continue through additional phases of the program.

Battle Born Veterans Village is the planned housing and recovery campus being developed by Patton’s Pals. The vision includes structured sober living, peer support, employment and benefits assistance, life-skills development, and transitional tiny-home housing. The village is being designed to help veterans move from crisis to stability and ultimately to independent living.

Patton’s Pals plans to work alongside the VA, not replace the services it already provides. Our focus will be helping veterans continue receiving the care, benefits, treatment, and support they need while providing additional structure after the first 90 days. By working together, we hope to reduce the gap between treatment and successful long-term reintegration.

Once operational, Patton’s Pals plans to offer peer mentorship, recovery accountability, housing support, benefits navigation, employment preparation, life-skills development, and connections to VA and community resources. Veterans may also receive help accessing transportation, recovery meetings, and continued outpatient services. Every part of the program will be focused on helping veterans become stable and independent.

Yes. Battle Born Veterans Village is being developed to include both structured recovery housing and transitional tiny homes. Veterans who progress through the program may eventually move into a tiny home where they can practice independent living while remaining connected to accountability and support.

Not yet. Patton’s Pals and Battle Born Veterans Village are currently in the development phase, and we do not yet operate a residential facility. We are actively building partnerships, pursuing funding, and developing the program so we can serve veterans responsibly when the facility becomes operational.

Donations will help Patton’s Pals continue developing the resources, partnerships, insurance, programming, and future facilities needed to serve veterans. Every contribution helps move Battle Born Veterans Village closer to becoming a reality. To donate, visit the Donate page on our website and scan the QR code.

Patton’s Pals welcomes veterans, families, businesses, churches, and community members who want to support our mission. Opportunities may include volunteering, fundraising, community outreach, events, and helping connect us with valuable resources or partnerships.
