Battle Born Veterans Village is designed as a structured recovery community where veterans can move from crisis to independence.
The Alan E. Coffman Barracks will provide short-term residential recovery housing and shared community space. The tiny homes will serve as the next step for veterans who are ready for greater independence while still remaining connected to support.
The campus is also planned to include peer support, recovery programming, benefits and resource navigation, employment and life-skills assistance, community fellowship, gardens, wellness space, and partnerships with local providers and the VA. The goal is not simply to provide a place to stay, but to create a pathway toward stability, purpose, and long-term independence.
